Lauren Bailey

I’m a Licensed Esthetician with 10+ years of experience in the Medical Esthetics industry, and I completed an additional 1200 hours of advanced Medical Esthetics training at National Institute of Medical Aesthetics where I graduated on the Dean’s List. I specialize as a Master CoolSculptor and the Lead Medical Esthetician, with extensive education in medical-grade skincare, advanced Medical Esthetic procedures, and CoolSculpting.

My dedication and expertise led me to become one of the first 100 CoolSculpting Masters in the United States and Canada. I was also selected to be a member of the CoolSculpting Experts panel and handpicked as an Allergan Medical Institute National Trainer for CoolSculpting, DiamondGlow, and SkinMedica. I’m proud to have the opportunity to teach, guide, and mentor my team at BBME and other technicians nationwide.

I am passionate about ensuring my clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. I do this by providing personalized treatment plans, educating clients, and focusing on delivering real, tangible results. Additionally, I am nationally certified in IPL laser, Microneedling, and Morpheus8, and I am deeply passionate about our Beautiful Skin Rx program that is proprietary to BBME.

When it comes to treatments, I honestly can’t pick just one favorite! CoolTone, DiamondGlow, and micro-needling are at the top of my list! Whether it’s toning and strengthening the body or giving the skin a beautiful, radiant glow, I love seeing the confidence these treatments bring to my clients.
