How to Tell if Your Botox Looks Good (or Needs a Fix!)

Botox is one of the most popular cosmetic treatments today for good reason. When done well, it gives you a refreshed, youthful look without making you appear “frozen.” But how do you know if your Botox looks good or if something feels… off?

The truth is, if your Botox feels wrong, it usually is wrong. In fact, one of the first things we did when Kendra recently joined our team was fix her Botox, and the difference was amazing!

Here’s what we focused on when correcting her treatment:

  1. Treat the Glabella (Between the Brows)

The glabella (the area right between your eyebrows ) is a key spot for Botox. If this area isn’t treated correctly, it can lead to heaviness or a “weighed-down” feeling on your forehead.

When treated properly, you’ll notice:

  • A smooth appearance between the brows
  • A softer, more open look to the eyes
  • No feeling of heaviness or drooping
  1. Stay Close to the Brow to Avoid “Rainbows”

Placement matters! If your injector stays too far away from your brow, you might end up with an awkward arch, sometimes called “Botox rainbows.”

Good Botox should make your brows look natural and balanced, not overly surprised or uneven.

  1. Don’t Forget the “Linebacker” Lines

These are the vertical lines that appear when you smile or laugh. Leaving them untreated can create an unbalanced look. Who wants a smooth forehead with lines elsewhere?

A well-done Botox session should leave your whole upper face looking harmonious, not like one area is frozen while the others still crease.

The Goal: Natural, Balanced, You

At the end of the day, good Botox shouldn’t look like Botox. It should just look like you, refreshed, rested, and confident.

No strange pulling.
No extra lines.
No one asking if “something is different.”

Just a subtle glow-up that helps you look as good as you feel!
